Hikvision Platform access showing offline ? But Internet working ?
Here is an simple solution.
Step 1 : Go to Menu > Configuration
Step 2 : In Configuration go to Network > General
Step 3 : In it last look at last two options > Primary DNS and Secondary DNS
Step 4 : Set Primary DNS as : 220.127.116.11. and secondary DNS as 18.104.22.168 and click Apply ( Save )
Step 5 : Go to Platform access > Uncheck Enable and again click it and click Apply.
You’re done. Wait for some time Status would change to ONLINE.
If problem still exists restart the DVR and check else contact Hikvision Technical support.
